I have never hear about lentils bringing up luck, but there is always good time for a soup.

Fresh, simple, healthy and comforting, this is a soup that fits the bill for starting the new year on the right foot. There’s only so much you can control, so this is a good soup to make while we live through what will be yet another interesting time in life.

This was absolutely delicious. Lentil soups are good, but this was REALLY good.
So glad you enjoyed it! It’s the only lentil soup recipe I make now. I think it’s the vinegar that makes all the difference.
